San Juan Del Rio Catholic Church

Welcome to San Juan del Rio Catholic Church.  We are happy to have you join us.  We are a faith filled community growing together and spreading the gospel of Jesus through our FAITH FAMILY and FELLOWSHIP!

The World Day of Prayer for Vocations is celebrated this year, Sunday May 8th. While appreciating all vocations, the Catholic Church concentrates its attention this day on vocations to the ordained ministries (priesthood and diaconate), consecrated life in all its forms (men and women religious life, societies of apostolic life, consecrated virginity), secular institutes in their diversity of services and membership, and to the missionary life.
Father Clay Ludwig, who serves in the vocation ministry for the diocese, has produced a video to hook the interest of young men who have a desire to serve in ordained ministry or religious life. Use the link here to watch the video!!
If you know of someone in your parish or community that you think has a vocation, share the video with them. You can also encourage them to attend the upcoming Vocation Day of Reflection on June 10, from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the National Shrine of Our Lady of La Leche at Mission Nombre de Dios in St. Augustine.
